You will control a ball in Slope Run by using the arrow keys to travel and leap through a 3D tunnel called Ramp. Use these actions to avoid holes in the tunnel because if you fall into them, you will fall into the void, die, and have to restart from the previous level. If you truly can't escape the obstacle and know that from one level to the next, their position changes, hit the corners of the wall, because doing otherwise spins the entire slope. You can make it harder and/or speed up the ball, which will require you to concentrate even more than previously.
